<h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3>

<li>Active CPA preferred with strong technical knowledge of GAAP.</li>
<li>Experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, MS Dynamics 365 BC) and Excel.</li>

Accounting Manager

<p>MPH.com is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to expand our network of high-end automotive dealers across the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on recruiting exclusive, ultra-luxury and high-performance vehicle dealerships to subscribe to the MPH Premier Dealer Subscription. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury automobiles, a strong understanding of the dealership market, and exceptional sales and relationship-building skills.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify and engage with high-end automotive dealerships across the U.S. and Canada.</li>
<li>Present the MPH Premier Dealer Subscription benefits and value proposition to prospective dealerships.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership owners and decision-makers.</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting prospects into subscribers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to tailor presentations and communications.</li>
<li>Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and competitive activities to help refine sales strategies.</li>
<li>Manage a pipeline of leads and follow up consistently to close deals.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience in high-end automotive sales, B2B sales, or luxury market business development preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li>
<li>Strong network and contacts within the luxury and high-performance dealer community.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.</li>
<li>Knowledge of the U.S. and Canadian luxury automotive market is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to travel as needed within territory.</li>
